Comfort is key to all the textile work done here in my studio, from my knit skirts and dresses, fleece hats & scarves, fleece baby blankets & couch throws or fleece pieced comforters to my machine pieced, hand tied cotton & wool quilts or extraordinary cotton & wool hand quilted masterpieces.

Curve Studios
Most of my pottery is inspired in part by the human figure and the interaction between pieces in a set is an important component in my work. My background as a printmaker also comes through in some of the patterns that I apply in the use of slip and a black underglaze. I am also fascinated by the repetition of patterns that follow the shape of the pot and give texture to the glaze.
